TSPTR Plant A Tree Sweatshirt – Yellow

During the late 1960s Charles M Schulz, creator of the comic strip Peanuts, was becoming increasingly concerned by world ecological issues and began including messages of conservation into the Peanuts strip. The “Plant A Tree” message came off the back of the first Earth Day in 1970; this was an age of ecological awakening. The message, still prevalent today, is in the hopes that a new tree will clean the air and provide a shady spot for a picnic, but first we have to plant it, water it, and watch it grow! The premium weight, certified organic cotton is made with water based ink and features a ribbed neck, cuff and hem.
